Financially what sets us apart from other operators is that we have our own personal dollars at risk and can provide funding for an acquisition without the need to raise capital. Alongside our personal investments, we have a deep set of financial partners that have invested with us over the last thirty plus years and continue to partner with us in the larger deals.
In addition to being able to fund our acquisitions internally, we perform all operational tasks inhouse as well, whether on land or water. We own our own workover rigs, wireline trucks, cement unit, lease crews, vacuum trailers, winch truck, floats, tugs, barges and more. This high level of integrated control allows us to operate much more efficiently, economically, and on much smaller margins than those from whom we are acquiring the assets from.
